We were the first company to offer full two-year warranty on all sales and services performed. Weather you purchased directly from us or via our eBay store or via our website we offer full 2 year warranty on repaired phones.  Phones sold or repaired by us are inventoried and marked with a tamper-proof sticker that allows us to track each phone and and determine the date of repair or sale, along with customer’s name.

To send us the phone warranty work please follow these simple directions:

  1. Please remove batteries, holsters, clips or any extra cases. (Send only the phones)

  2. State whether you are sending the phones for service or warranty work, and if possible, we kindly ask that you describe the problem had with each unit, as it helps us expedite the repairs.

  3. Send us an email to: repair@smadnycommunications.com. to notify us of the shipment.

  4. Pack your phones and return to us to the address below using the shipper of your choice to the address below.

  5. If you have a packing slip, PO# and/or original invoice (for warranty repairs) please include it in the package, it is not necessary but it would help us expedite the repairs and it lets us cross reference it on our invoice

  6. If shipping internationally, for postal insurance or customs purposes please indicate $5 for each of the units.
